【摘要】 目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与神经损伤和疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)形成的关系。方法用感觉定量分析仪(TSA2001)对25例PHN患者和29例愈后无PHN的带状疱疹患者的疼痛区及对侧镜像区进行感觉定量测定,同时用ELISA法测定患者血清中IL-6水平。结果PHN患者血清IL-6水平为(386.10±167.51)pg/mL,不仅高于愈后无PHN的带状疱疹患者[(254.40±121.18)pg/mL](P<0.005),而且与其疼痛区的感觉缺失程度呈正相关(r=0.735,P<0.0001)。结论高水平的IL-6作为引起神经损伤的一个重要因素,在形成PHN的过程中具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship of IL-6 with the injury of never system and the development of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods The quantitative sensory test (QST) was performed at both painful skin and contralateral mirror-image areas in 25 patients with PHN and 29 patients with postzoster by using the Thermal Sensory Analyzer (TSA-2001), and at the same time the levels of serum IL-6 were measured by the enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of serum IL-6 in the patients with PHN was higher than that in the patients with postzoster (P<0.005). Moreover, the level of serum IL-6 is positively correlated with the magnitudes of sensory deficits in the patients with PHN (r=0.735,P<0.0001). Conclusions High-level IL-6 plays an important part on causing the damage of nerve system and developing PHN.更多还原
