【Abstract】 With trans-corporations shifting their manufacturing industry extensively to China, Chinese manufacturing industry is rapidly expanding its scale to absorb foreign capitals. This large scale in-flow of foreign capitals has effectively readjusted the industrial structure of China’ s manufacturing industry, promoted the upgrading of our industrial structure and quickened the technological progress of our enterprises, while at the same time, bringing about some troubles as well.
