涡流低脉动混凝技术用于高浊度海水淡化预处理
Application of Vortex Low-Pulse Coagulation Process in Pretreatment of High-Turbidity Seawater Desalination
【摘要】 以聚合硫酸铁作混凝剂,用涡流低脉动混凝技术对高浊度海水进行了中试处理试验。试验结果表明,涡流低脉动混凝技术可将海水中悬浮物有效絮凝沉降,当加药量为12.5mg/L时,出水浊度可稳定在10NTU,SS甚至可降至10mg/L以下。该技术用于高浊度海水淡化预处理能得到稳定的出水水质。
【Abstract】 Using vortex low-pulsation coagulation proces and PFS as the coagulant,the pilot test for treating high turbidity seawater was operated.The test results showed that coagulation process,can effectively flocculate and precipitate the suspended solid and turbidity.When the dosage is 12.5mg/L,the turbidity of the effluente of coagulation process can reduce to 10NTU,the suspending solid can even reduce to below 10mg/L.Stable effluent water quality can be obtained using vortex low-pulsation coagulation process for the pretreatment of high-turbidity seawater desalination.The cause of high-turbidity seawater and the working mechanism of vortex low-pulsation coagulation process are briefly introduced too.
