【摘要】 应用组织学切片和光镜观察的方法,对南方鲇、革胡子鲇和鲇的延脑面叶和迷走叶及其相关结构的组织构筑进行比较研究。结果表明3种鲇鱼的面叶、迷走叶形态结构存在较大差异。而且面叶和迷走叶中细胞形态和核团分布差异也较大。而作为鱼类味觉初级中枢的面叶和迷走叶,其组织结构的复杂性可能与食性及其对食物的好恶有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The histological comparison of facial lobe and vagal lobe of three kinds of catfish— Silurus soldatovi meridionalis Chen, Clarias gariepinus, Siluris asotus L.showed that the difference of the conformation in the three kinds of catfish is obvious. Moreover, cell morphology and nuclear distribution of facial lobe and vagal lobe in the three kinds of catfishes are different significantly. The differences of their organization, structure, cell morphology, and nuclear distribution maybe correlate to the food category and the extent of disliking or liking.更多还原
