氟乙酰N,N-二乙基对苯二胺的合成、表征与气相色谱分析
Preparation,Identification and Gas Chromatographic Analysis of 4-Diethylamino Monofluoroacetanilide
【摘要】 合成氟乙酰N,N_二乙基对苯二胺,纯度达98%。通过沸点、高分辨质谱、红外光谱、核磁和质谱对其进行了表征。使用GC NPD、GC MSScan、GC MSSIM方法对该产物的标准溶液进行了分析,得到3种分析方法的校正曲线及检测限。该产物可作为分析氟乙酸根阴离子的标准品使用。
【Abstract】 4-Diethylamino monofuoroacetanilide (DEPA-MFA) was prepared and characterized by means of boiling point determination,high resolution MS,IR,MS,()1H and ()13C NMR.The DEPA-MFA product was quantified by GC with nitrogen-phsphorus detector and GC/MS. The calibration curve and the limit of quantification were determined.The prepared DEPA-MFA can be used as standard sample for determination of monofluorocetate anion.
