【摘要】 建立了一种简便、快速、灵敏、准确、可靠地鉴定中成药制剂中是否添加格列本脲的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC＿MS/MS)分析方法。HPLC色谱柱为ThermoHypersilBDSC8柱(4 6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇/乙腈/水(含φ=0 1%HAc)的体积比为55∶15∶30;流速为0 5mL·min-1。HPLC＿MS与HPLC＿MS/MS以离子阱为检测器,采用正、负2种离子检测模式进行检测。运用此方法成功地确证了3种用于治疗糖尿病的中西复方药中均含有格列本脲。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method of high_performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry （HPLC_MS/MS） was developed for the identification of glibenclamide added in Chinese traditional medicines. HPLC separation was carried out on a BDS C8 column （4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm ） using an isocratic mobile phase （CH₃OH/CH₃CN/0.1% HAc 55∶15∶30 ） in less than 15 min. HPLC_MS and HPLC_MS/MS were performed on an ion trap instrument in both positive and negative ionization mode. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reliable, and has been successfully applied to identify glibemclamide in three antidiabetic Chinese traditional medicines.更多还原
