接种密度和面包酵母投喂量对蒙古裸腹溞种群变动和生产量的影响

【摘要】 在室内水槽中进行蒙古裸腹(Moinamongolica)的大量培养,研究不同接种密度和面包酵母投喂水平对该种群变动和生产量的影响。所用蒙古裸腹为20世纪90年代采自山西省晋南半咸水湖、在海水中长期培养保存下的种。实验1中,接种密度分别设为338ind/L、145ind/L和88ind/L3个水平,面包酵母投喂量为5mg/L,每天4次,各设3个重复。实验2中,面包酵母投喂量分别为30mg/(L·d)、20mg/(L·d)和10mg/(L·d)3个水平,蒙古裸腹接种密度为900ind/L,各设3个重复。实验结果表明:(1)在一定范围内蒙古裸腹培养产量随接种密度增加而增加,当接种密度低于88ind/L时,接种的蒙古裸腹较难形成稳定的种群。(2)当使用面包酵母(Bakeryeast)作为培养蒙古裸腹的惟一食物时,食物需要量随种群密度的变化而变化。当密度低于1500ind/L时,适宜的面包酵母投喂水平为20mg/(L·d);当密度超过5000ind/L时为30mg/(L·d)。上述结果显示,接种密度和面包酵母投喂量对蒙古裸腹种群变动和生产量具有重要影响。建议在蒙古裸腹培养生产中接种密度高于150ind/L,面包酵母投喂量为0 8×10-5~1 3×10-5g/(ind·d)。

【Abstract】 Two indoor experiments were carried out in Marine Fish Hatchery Farm at Xishan Island,Zhejiang Province,to evaluate effects of inoculated density and baker yeast ration on population dynamics and yield of Moina mongolica cultured at commercial production scale.The mass culture of M.mongolica were performed in nine fiberglass tanks of 1000L,water temperature 21-27℃ and salinity 30.The tanks were randomly discarded in a room to make illumination similar. The sea water used in the experiments was treated with a sand filter.M.mongolica used in the experiments were progenies of the animals collected in 1990 from Xiaochi Lake,Shanxi Province,and maintained in seawater by parthenogenesis in laboratory of Dalian Fisheries College over 10 years.Prior to the experiments,M.mongolica derived from a laboratory strain were gradually expanded,with Chlorella sp.as food,until an experimental population formed.In the first experiment,three inoculated densities,338ind/L,(145ind/L) and 88ind/L,were designed.In the second experiment,three baker yeast rations,30mg/(L.d),20mg/(L·d) and 10mg/(L.d),were designed.Three replications were set for each density or ration treatment in the experiments .During the first experiment,M.mongolica were fed baker yeast four times per day at 20-40mg/(L·d),according to the change of population density.Chlorella sp. was added to culture medium aperiodically,and 30% water in each tank was renewed every day.During the second experiment,M.mongolica were inoculated at 900ind/L,and were fed baker yeast four times per day.Water temperature,salinity,pH,illumination and density of M.mongolica were monitored every day during the experiments.Population density and daily yield of M.mongolica increased with the increase of inoculated density,and the inoculated individuals failed to form a population when the inoculated density was lower than (88ind/L.)The effects of baker yeast ration on population size and daily yield of M.mongolica depended on the density of the animal.The M.mongolica fed 20mg/(L·d) baker yeast grew faster when its density was lower than (1500ind/L,)while the M.mongolica fed 30mg/(L·d) baker yeast exhibited a higher population increasing rate and higher daily yield when its density was higher than 5000ind/L.The results indicatd both inoculated density and baker yeast ration played important roles in regulating population increment and daily yield of M.mongolica,and suggested the inoculated density for success in commercial production of M.mongolica should be higher than 150ind/L and baker yeast ration be 0.8×10-5-1.3×10-5g/(ind·d).
