连铸自动化过程中尾坯优化切割模块设计
Optimizing Cut-length of Trail Billet Module Design
【摘要】 尾坯优化切割模块的设计目的是使多流连铸机在浇注最后一包钢水时,能够按顺序依次关闭铸流,以使合格定尺最多,尾坯减为最少,提高铸坯的收得率。本文采用两种算法设计尾坯优化切割模型,分别为判断铸流停止时间的算法和判断钢包钢水重量是否为定尺倍数的算法,并比较两种方法的优缺点及适用范围。
【Abstract】 Optimizing cut-length of trail billet module could realize the function that when cast the last ladle steel liquid, the casting flows could close in sequence, thereby, reduced the trail billet as short as possible and increased the billet yield. In this article, it developed two methods to realize this function. The first was the method of judging the stopping time of every casting flow. Second was the method of judging whether the steel ladle weight were integer multiple of cut lengths weight or not. The characteristic and application of two methods was compared also.
