【Abstract】 The high speed steel (HSS) as a roll material significantly increased the service life of hot and cold strip milling work rolls. Several ways for making HSS compound rolls are introduced and the characteristics of each way analyzed in this paper. It is suggested the study of HSS compound roll should be focused on composition design, produce techniques and equipments and the optimization of interface structure.更多还原
