【Abstract】 This paper discussed the general principle of construction of transregional emergency and rescue system for Changjiang River Delta, investigated fractal modeling of the system by using study on development organization of parallel project and overall structural model for development of the complex system, and obtained fractal function model structure of all levels subsystem under the direction of general function model of transregional emergenoy and rescue system for Changjiang River Delta.更多还原
