【摘要】 目的:提高临床医师对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructives leep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)少见致病因素的认识。方法:回顾性分析我科收治的8例下咽及喉部疾病所致OSAHS的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。结果:8例下咽及喉部疾患均首先以OSAHS就诊;全部病例均采用相应的手术治疗,其中2例成人后天特发性喉软骨软化症及3例巨大会厌囊肿术后OSAHS症状完全缓解,随访0.5~11a无复发;1例下咽滑膜肉瘤及2例会厌鳞状细胞癌,随访5~7a肿瘤无复发。结论:OSAHS可由下咽及喉部疾患引起,临床应予以重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To enhance the recognition of hypopharyngeal and laryngeal diseases as a cause of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:The clinical presentation,diagnosis and management of 8 cases with hypopharyngeral and laryngeral diseases were reviewed retrospectively between Jun.1993 and Mar.2004.Results:All of the 8 cases were presented with OSAHS in the first visit and treated by surgery.The cure rate was 100% with a follow up duration from 0.5 to 11 years.Conclusion:The OSAHS may be caused by hypopharyngeal and laryngeal diseases.Patients with OSAHS need to be evaluated with laryngoscopy.We should pay more attention to this condition and avoid improper treatment.更多还原
