【摘要】 目的总结经腋下直切口行室间隔缺损修补的临床应用经验,并与正中切口室间隔缺损修补对照,初步评价其临床效果。方法通过右腋下直切口,在心脏跳动中对26例室间隔缺损进行修补。其中男19例,女7例,平均年龄7.1岁,均为膜部及围膜部室缺,直径0.4～0.8cm。结果26例患者均顺利完成手术。切口长5～10cm,体外循环时间21～42min。术后6～10天均顺利出院,无并发症及死亡。其手术时间,切口长度,术后胸腔引流量,术后住院天数等与正中切口组比较差异有显著性。结论经腋下小切口修补室间隔缺损,手术创伤小、切口隐蔽、术后恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce the clinical experiences of repairing ventricular septal defect through right subaxillary minithoracotomy and to evaluate it’s clinical effect.Methods:46 cases of VSD were repaired through right subaxillary minithoracotomy.The sizes of the defects varied from 0.4～0.8cm in diameter and all of them were membranous or conventricular defects.The average age was 7.1 ys.Results:There was no operative death or complication.The lenth of incision varied from 5～10cm.Cardiopulmonary bypass time were 21～42 minutes.Postoperative hospitalized time were 6 to 10 days.Conclusion:Repairing of ventricular septal defect through subaxillary minithoracotomy have the advantages of minimal trauma,hidden incision and quicker recovery.更多还原
