【Abstract】 After W. Bush won his successive presidency, recovering or remedyingthe relationship between Europe and America has become one of his key tasksduring his second term of administration. Just in such a background, newBusheanism has emerged at stage, and is typically represented as“Europe friendly”posture. On one hand, disagreement between Europe and America will be difficult toharmonize, and even will be kept same in the future.
