【Abstract】 Development of the volunteering service witnessed in the first volunteer group of the Chinese mainland---Shenzhen association of volunteer service is extremely significant to the societal transformation of China. It is being characterized with the functions of coordination, training, and support among others. Its innovation of service includes those of legal system, institution, service, and network.
