【摘要】 目的讨论减少腭裂修复术创面出血的方法。方法将腭裂修复术的患儿45例,随机分为实验组和对照组,除实验组手术创面喷洒生物蛋白胶外,两组间手术方式、性别、年龄无差异,记录手术创面负压引流管的出血量。结果实验组手术后创面出血,需输血的例数与对照组相比,经χ2检验,有差异。结论应用医用生物蛋白胶对于腭裂手术中剥离的创面有良好的止血效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the method to reduce the blood loss in infant palatorrhaphy.METHODS Forty-five cases of infant palatorrhaphy were randomly divided into an experimental group and a contrast group.Fibrin sealant was used to the wound of the experimental group.There was no difference in operation,sex and age between the two groups.The blood loss of operative wound drain was recorded.RESULTS The blood loss of operative wound and the blood transfusion were compared between the two groups.By χ~2 text,there was obvious difference between the experimental group and the contrast group.CONCLUSIONS Fibrin sealant may stop bleeding in infant palatorrhaphy.更多还原
