【摘要】 目的建立测定心脾补益颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测器法(HPLCELSD)。方法采用DiscoveryC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);以乙腈水(36∶64)为流动相;ESLD检测条件:漂移管温度为105℃,载气(氮气)流量为2.0L·min-1。结果黄芪甲苷加入量在2.06～20.6μg与峰面积分别取自然对数,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=5),平均回收率为96.12%(RSD=3.03%)。结论HPLC-ELSD测定心脾补益颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量简便、准确、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine astragaloside IV in Xinpibuyi granules by HPLC-ELSD. METHODS HPLC-ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis of astragaloside IV in the sample. The separation was performed on Discovery C 18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） column with a mixture of acetonitrile-water （36∶64） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1. The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 105 ℃,and the flow rate of N₂ was 2.0 L·min -1.RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the range of 2.06～20.6 μg for astragaloside IV （r=0.999 7,n=5 ）. The average recovery was 96.12% and RSD was 3.03%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, reliable, and is a good method to determinate astragaloside IV.更多还原
