沃尔泽多元主义正义标准及其局限——女性主义的一种批判视角
The Criterion of Walzer’s Pluralist Justice and the Limitations——In a critical Feminist Perspective
【摘要】 在《正义诸领域》中沃尔泽的两个正义标准,受到了来自女性主义的批判。女性主义者奥金,从性别与正义的角度,批判性地指出“共识”的存在与“支配”的盛行之间的内在冲突。本文试图梳理沃尔泽的两个正义标准及奥金的批判,并对多元主义正义标准的局限作一总观。
【Abstract】 The two justice criteria in Spheres of Justice by Walzer,were criticized by feminism.Okin criticized and pointed out their internal conflicts between the existing of `common understandings’ and the prevailing of ’dominance’ in gender and justice perspectives.This paper aims at cleaning up Walzer’s justice criteria and Okin’s critique,trying to make a comprehensive review upon the localization of Walzer’s pluralism justice criteria.
