【摘要】 通过对中国“民工潮”、“民工荒”现象较为全面的分析,揭示了其产生和形成的深层次原因,肯定了“民工潮”、“民工荒”在当前国情下的进步意义。笔者认为解决“民工潮”、“民工荒”所引发的社会问题的对策,关键在于改革中国城乡“二元”经济结;当务之急要解决“农民工”就业渠道不畅、收入偏低的问题;此外,加大城市化建设力度,进一步重视农业,全面提高农民工的综合素质也具有重要作用。更多还原
