金银花水提醇沉剂对家兔离体小肠运动的影响
Effect of Honeysuckle Preparation Decocted with Water and Deposited with Alcohol on In Vitro Small Intestine Movement of Domestic Rabbit
【摘要】 目的:观察不同处理的金银花水提醇沉剂对家兔离体小肠运动性能的影响,并探讨其药理作用的机制。方法:采用离体器官法,利用BL—Newcentury生物信号采集与处理系统,记录不同处理的金银花水提醇沉剂对离体小肠作用前后的张力值。结果:乙醇体积分数为50%、70%和90%,药液浓度为0.1、0.5和1.0g/ml的金银花水提醇沉剂对家兔离体小肠运动均有明显的抑制作用,用药前后差异极显著(P<0.01);不同处理间比较,以乙醇体积分数为70%,浓度为1.0g/ml的金银花水提醇沉剂作用最强(P<0.01);乙醇体积分数相同时,随着金银花浓度的增大,其对小肠运动的抑制作用加强。结论:金银花水提醇沉剂对家兔离体小肠运动有明显的抑制作用,且生药含量越大,抑制作用越明显。
【Abstract】 Objective: observe how differently processed honeysuckle preparations decocted with water and deposited with alcohol effect the movement performance of In- Vitro small Intestine of domestic rabbits; and probe into the scheme of pharmacological action. Method: adopt leaf shell organ experiment method, record the tension data before and after the effect of differently processed honeysuckle preparations on leaf shell small intestine by the BL-New century biologic signal collecting and processing system. Result: At alcohol concentration of 50%, 70%, 90% and medicament concentration of 0.1g/ml, 0.5g/ml, 1.0g/ml respectively, the honeysuckle preparation appears obvious restrain effect on leaf shell small intestine movement of domestic rabbit with a large difference(P<0.11); At alcohol concentration of 70% and medicament concentration of 1.0%, the honeysuckle preparation appears the most intensive effect(P<0.01); At the same alcohol concentration its restrain effect on small intestine movement increases with the increase of the honeysuckle concentration. Conclusion: Honeysuckle preparation decocted with water and deposited with alcohol has obvious restrain effect on small intestine movement of domestic rabbit; At the same alcohol concentration, its effect becomes more obvious with the increase of honeysuckle preparation concentration.
