【摘要】 农村居民点整理是提高农村居民点用地效率和集约化程度、促进土地有序、合理与科学化利用的重要手段,也是改善村容村貌,改善农村生活条件和生态环境的主要措施。为此,根据新疆农村居民点特点及现状,指出农村居民点用地存在的问题及其原因,对农村居民点整理的效益和有利因素进行分析,提出要加强宣传,健全各种规章制度,对农村居民点进行村镇建设规划,以此控制用地规模,提高土地利用效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural residential area readjustment is an important means to promote land use efficiency and intensive degree, improve reasonable and scientific exploitation. In addition, it is a main measure to improve rural feature, living conditions and ecosystem environment. So in this paper, based on the present situation and characteristics of rural residential area of Xinjiang, Pointing out existing problems and outputting causes, then analyzing its benefits and profitable factors, putting forward to strengthen publicity and sturdy regulation system, implementing village construction planning, order to control land use scale and increase its profits.更多还原
