用动态规划方法对塔里木河下游水量配置研究

【摘要】 以塔里木河5次应急输水观测资料为基础,以动态规划理论为指导,以大系统优化理论为手段,研究了塔里木河下游5次应急输水后河道两岸地下水位上升值与单位河长耗水量、不同地下水位埋深对应的高程与生态改善面积等之间的关系,建立了塔里木河下游输水水量在各研究区合理配置的数学模型,并求解出各研究区合理配置的水量,为今后输水工作的开展提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 This paper uses the methods of Dynamic Programming and Large-Scale System Theory to research the relationships between the increase in groundwater table and the unit river water consumption, the depth of ground water table and the improvement of ecological environment after 5 times of water transfer in emergency at the lower reaches of the Talimu River on the basis of the observed data. The mathematic model for the reasonable allocation of water resources at the lower reaches of the river is established and solved to provide theoretical support for the water transfer research in the future.
