【Abstract】 According to the domestic and international development of the study and practice of regional economic theory, and by applying the basic theory of regional economic increase pattern as well as the related concept of 3PL. this paper has carried out some analyses of the environment of 3PL development in some region of Guangxi Province. considering its actual practice and its unique district position geographical advantage. The paper has also expounded the significances, of developing 3PL in this region, of stimulating regional economy, of adjusting industry and economic structure, and of cultivating a new economic increasing point.
