【摘要】 DMF是一种新型抑菌剂,抗菌作用不受pH值影响,对好气性无芽孢细菌、酵母菌、霉菌有明显的抑制作用,对芽孢杆菌、放线菌、厌气性细菌无抑制作用。现已作为抑菌剂、防腐剂广泛应用于粮食、调味品、瓜果蔬菜的防腐保鲜。该试验用DMF作防霉剂,对微生物进行抑菌试验,测定DMF的相对抑菌谱和最适抑菌浓度,为DMF的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 DMF was a novel antimicrobial agent and its antimicrobial function was not affected by pH.DMF had obvious inhibition against aerobic nonspore-forming bacteria,yeast and mould,while had no inhibition against Bacillus spp.,Actinomyces and anaerobic bacteria.It was widely applied in foodstuff,seasoning,fruit and vegetable.Bacteriostasis of DMF as anti-mould agent was taken by many microorganisms to determine antimicrobial spectrum and optimum concentration,in order to improve development of DMF.更多还原
