【Abstract】 As the outstanding representative of Chinese rice wine, Shaoxing rice wine gains great popularity both at home and abroad and serves as the national feast rice wine. It was authorized as one of the first products marked with "original production place" notification. How to correctly recognize this traditional historical wine with the development of times? How to attract a wider group of consumers through the promulgation of knowledge concerning the evaluation? This is a project worth researching.
