【Abstract】 This paper discusses the communications and programming between the lower position control system and the upper one of the electronic needle selector on computer-based large diameter circular knitting machine, and the program management of the electronic needle selector control system. PC104 is used as the upper position control system and AT89C51 as the lower one. It introduces that the hardware and software design of the main and secondary electronic needle selector control system, and analyzes the management program of FLASH memory, data reading of needle selector and the lower system-based actual realization of the communicating commands between the upper position control system and the upper one.更多还原
