中国五种不同地域嗜人按蚊卵及成蚊的观测比较

【摘要】 目的比较不同地域嗜人按蚊卵差异及成蚊的外部形态特征。方法对来自中国不同地域的嗜人按蚊经本实验室多次传代后,采用显微测微尺对蚊卵进行测定和比较,以放大镜观察成蚊外部形态特征。结果测得5种嗜人按蚊卵的宽度范围为155.2~232.8μm;甲板宽度为14.6~38.8μm,平均为25.2μm;其甲板约占整个卵宽的7.5%~21.1%,平均13.0%;浮囊约占卵长的百分比平均为70.9%。从卵的甲板和甲板占总卵宽的百分比来看,四川嗜人按蚊最窄,辽宁嗜人按蚊最宽,其排列顺序从大到小依次为辽宁、广东、广西、江苏和四川嗜人按蚊。5种嗜人按蚊成蚊外部形态基本一致,未见特殊形态特征。结论不同地域的嗜人按蚊成蚊形态无明显差异,5种不同地域嗜人按蚊卵的甲板宽度虽有一定差别,但其差别应属嗜人按蚊间的正常波动。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare egg and adult morphological characters of Anopheles anthropophagus from 5 different regions of China.Methods All the specimens were observed from 5 different regions but which had been bred in our laboratory for generations.Adult morphological characters were observed by magnifier and eggs were measured under microscope. Results(No special) morphological differences were found in adults from 5 different regions.The egg measurement showed that the egg width ranged(155.2-)(232.8 μm),the deck width ranged(14.6-)(38.8 μm) with an average of(25.2 μm),the deck occupied(7.5%-)(21.1%) of total egg width with an average of(13.0%),and the air chamber occupied(70.9%) of total egg length.(An.anthropophagus) from Liaoning Province had the largest proportional deck,the following were that from Guangdong Province,Guangxi Autonomous Region and from Jiangsu Province,while that from Sichuan Province was the smallest.There were no special morphological differences in adults.Conclusion Apart from normal fluctuation,there were no significant differences among An.anthropophagus from 5 different regions of China in adult morphological characters and egg measurement.
