【摘要】 目的　提高肺内型支气管囊肿诊断、鉴别诊断和外科治疗水平。方法　分析我院近 9年手术确诊的 30例肺内型支气管囊肿患者临床资料。结果　外院误诊 1 8例 (60 % ) ,门诊误诊 1 2例 (40 % ) ,术前误诊 7例 (2 3 % )。所有病例均经手术治愈。术后并发症 3例。随访 6个月～ 6年所有病例无复发。结论　手术能够明确诊断 ,避免误诊误治 ,是该病首选疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the levels of diagnosis ,differential diagnosis and treatment of intrapulmonary bronchogenic cyst. Methods Clinical instruction of 30 cases of intrapulmonary bronchogenic cysts treated by surgery 9 years lately were studied. Results 18 cases were misdiagnosed in other hospital (60%),12 cases were misdiagnosed in our outpatient department(40%).preoperative misdiagnosed cases were 7(23%).All of 30 cases were cured. postoperation complications occurred in 3 cases. No recurrence was found in all cases in the follow-ups(6 months to 6 years). Conclusion Operation can confirm the diagnosis, avoid mistaken diagnosis and treatment, so it is the first choice of the disease.更多还原
