【摘要】 目的　探讨结肠镜在早期结肠套叠及扭转治疗中的应用价值。方法　回顾性分析我院近十年来应用结肠镜对 2 3例早期结肠套叠、扭转的治疗资料 ,并进行总结分析。结果　 2 3例患者中 2 1例复位成功 ,复位成功率为 91 .3 % (2 1 /2 3)。 1 0例肠套叠中 8例原发性回结肠套叠及 1例继发性结肠结肠套叠复位成功 ,1例老年人回盲部巨大淋巴肉瘤连同盲肠一起套入升结肠肝曲部未能复位成功 ,改行剖腹手术治疗。 1 3例肠扭转中 1 2例乙状结肠扭转复位成功 ,1例成人胃大部切除术后肠粘连致横结肠扭转未能复位成功转外科手术治疗。结论　早期肠套叠及肠扭转用结肠镜进行复位 ,是一种高效实用的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the colour endoscope in the earlier period colonic distortion or intussusception under the medical treatment’s application value. Methods We reviewed the data of applied colour endoscope of the treatment group, 23 cases of earlier period colonic distortion or intussusception in the last decade, and proceeded summary analysis. Results 21 of 23 cases were reducted success, the rate of success was 91.3%(21/23). 8 of 10 cases with colonic intussusception who suffered primary intestinum ileum-colon intussusception and 1 case with chaperonage polyp of colon-colon intussusception were reducted success, 1 case with ileoceal malignant lymphoma and intestinum caecum together setting into flerura hepatica coli was not succeed, and performed surgical operation. Of 13 cases with colonic distortion, 12 cases with sigmaid distortion endoscopic reduction were succeed, 1 case with bowel glue-connect after stomach resection caused colon transversum distortion was not succeed reduction and performed surgical operation treatment. Conclusion Earlier period colonic distortion or intussusception treated with colour endoscopic reduction is an efficient and practical therapy.更多还原
