【摘要】 探讨血小板相关抗体(PAIgG)和血小板膜糖蛋白GPIIb/Ⅲa表达在特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者中的诊断价值.采用流式细胞术对ITP患者及各对照组的PAIgG,GPIIb/IIIa的表达情况进行测定.PAIg对ITP诊断具有较高的阳性率,同时,结合GPIIb/IIIa可提高ITP的诊断正确率;GPⅡb/Ⅲa可作为ITP患者疗效监测及判断预后的指标.更多还原

【Abstract】 The diagnosis value of platelet-associated immunoglobulin G(PAIgG) and platelet membrane glycoprotein GPIIb/IIIa in the patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) were discussed.The expression of PAIgG and GPIIb/IIIa in patients with ITP and control groups were detected by using flow cytometry(FCM).In ITP patients,positive rate of PAIgG was higher,the correct diagnostic rate of ITP improved if PAIgG was combined with GPIIb/IIIa;GPIIb/IIIa can be considered as a marker for curing effect and judging prognosis.更多还原
