C6132普通车床的数控改造
Ordinary C6132 Lathe Modified by Using Numerical Control Technology
【摘要】 C6132普通车床数控设计包括机械和数控2部分.机械部分采用滚珠丝杠副,由微机发射控制信号,经过功率放大器驱动伺服电机,从而实现纵向、横向的进给,换刀装置为电动刀架;数控部分的硬件采用MCS 51系列8031单片机.
【Abstract】 C6132 common machine numerical control design consist of mechanical part and numerical control part. In the mechanical part design, I use ball bearing quid screw assistant, micro-computer sent out control signal across power amplifier, then derive step-motor, thus carry out vertical or landscrape orientation go along. I use the motor-active cutting tool. In the numerical part design, I put to use 8031 single chip of MCS-51 in the hardware design.
