水胡林群落树木种群空间分布及种间关联性

【摘要】 对1hm2水胡林群落结构、主要树种的空间分布格局以及树木种群的种间关联进行了系统的分析和研究.分别利用负二项分布K值、扩散指数C、扩散型指数Iδ、Cassie指标CA、丛生指数I、聚块性指标M /M等聚集度指标对5个主要乔木种群的空间格局进行了研究,发现这5个种群的空间分布格局均为聚集分布;基于2×2列联表,通过χ2检验发现15主要树种之间有20个种对存在着显著的种间关联.利用关联强度指标AC对物种关联进行分析发现:树种之间正关联的种对少,关联强度低,而负关联多且较高,群落结构组成不稳定.

【Abstract】 Based on the data collected from sample plot with an area of (1?hm~2), the community structure,spatial distribution pattern and interspecific association between tree populations in the Fraxinus mandshurica and Juglans mandshurica forest community were analyzed and researched. The spatial pattern of five dominant tree species are showed aggregative distribution through testing cluster-intensity coefficient for instance K-value of negative binomial,dispersal index(C),index of dipersion pattern(I_δ),Cassie index(C_A),clumping index(I) and index of patching intensity(M~*/M). Interspecific association among 15 mainly tree species in the community are carried out by means of χ~2-test, association coefficient(AC) together with 2×2 contigency table. The results show that there are 20 pairs of species in 15 species show significant negative association through χ~2-test. And proportion of species showing negative association is much more than that of positive association based on AC. According to the above results, the community is instability.
