豆粕中异黄酮、皂甙的工业化提取工艺初探

【摘要】 通过单因素试验确定了用乙醇水溶液从豆粕中提取大豆异黄酮和大豆皂甙的影响因素,并通过正交试验对提取的工艺参数作了最优设计。通过对比试验发现水提和醇(60%)提效果相差不大。从工业化的角度出发,我们应选用水作为提取豆粕中异黄酮和皂甙的浸提剂。这为我们大规模工业化生产异黄酮和皂甙提供了依据,同时也能很好的利用了大豆加工中的副产品———豆粕。

【Abstract】 The influencing factors on extraction of isoflavone and sapoin from soybean meal by using enthanol as the solvent were confirmed.The extraction conditions were optimized by an orthogonal test.The result of a contrast test reveals that there is little different effect on the extraction between using water or using enthanol.as the solvent.Considering the industrializing production of isoflavone and saponin,we should firstly choose water to be the solvent.On the basis of this experiment,we can make an industrializing production of isoflavone and saponin,while we can also make a good use of soybean meal,a byproduct in soybean processing.
