大气CO2浓度增加对大豆籽粒品质的影响

【摘要】 通过不同大气CO2浓度水平的田间试验,对大豆(G lycine max L.)籽粒品质进行了研究分析。结果表明,大气CO2浓度的增加,提高了大豆籽粒中钙、锌、硒等元素的含量,而钾、铁等元素含量有下降趋势。大豆籽粒脂肪含量和油酸相对含量在较高CO2浓度下有显著增加,亚油酸相对含量无明显变化,亚麻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸相对含量有所减少。大豆蛋白质和氨基酸总量随大气CO2浓度升高而有降低趋势,但蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、胱氨酸含量明显增加,大豆蛋脂总量略有上升。

【Abstract】 Effects of free air CO2 enrichment on grain quality of soybean(Glycine max L.) were studied.The results show that the contents of Ca,Zn,Mg and Se increase and the contents of K and Fe decrease at elevated CO2 levels.It is also found that the oil content and oleic relative content in seed are increased significantly and the relative contents of linolenic acid,palmitic acid,and stearic acid are decreased by free air CO2 enrichment,while linoleic acid content is not changed obviously.In the other hand,protein and total amino acid contents of soybean grain decrease,but methionine threonine and cystine contents increase significantly,and the total content of protein and oil increases slightly in high CO2 levels.
