【Abstract】 Under the condition of full-circumfluence,ultrafiltration membrane OS003C10(Pall Corporation,USA) was used in the investigation on flux change rule of soybean protein solution in ultrafiltration process.A mass transfer equation of soybean protein solution is established.The effects of operating pressure on the flux are analyzed for probing the mechanism of soybean protein solution in ultrafiltration process.更多还原
