【Abstract】 soybean peroxidase(SBP) belongs to class III of plant peroxidase superfamily that includes the classical peroxidase, namely horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Both SBP and HRP possess very slimily structures, but the thermal stability and catalytic activity of SBP are higher than HRP. Researches on soybean peroxidase are reviewed in this paper, covering features of structure, purification and identification, and applications. A prospect of further research on SBP, which is thought necessary in the following years, is given in this review.更多还原
