大豆过氧化物酶研究进展
Advance in Research on Soybean Peroxidase
【摘要】 大豆过氧化物酶是从大豆中提取出来的一种Ⅲ类过氧化物酶,其结构与辣根过氧化物酶相似,但热稳定性和催化活性都明显高于辣根过氧化物酶。在本文中我们对大豆过氧化物酶的结构特点、分离纯化及应用进展进行了概括,并对今后大豆过氧化物酶的研究做了展望。
【Abstract】 soybean peroxidase(SBP) belongs to class III of plant peroxidase superfamily that includes the classical peroxidase, namely horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Both SBP and HRP possess very slimily structures, but the thermal stability and catalytic activity of SBP are higher than HRP. Researches on soybean peroxidase are reviewed in this paper, covering features of structure, purification and identification, and applications. A prospect of further research on SBP, which is thought necessary in the following years, is given in this review.
