【摘要】 目的观察经股动脉化疗治疗下肢骨肉瘤的临床疗效。方法13例下肢骨肉瘤患者经股动脉灌注化疗药物进行治疗,主要药物为顺铂、多柔比星和长春新碱,静脉应用异环磷酰胺。结果可评价疗效的13例中,有效率(CR+PR)69.2%。结论经股动脉化疗治疗下肢骨肉瘤简便安全有效,值得临床进一步研究并推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the value of drug therapy by the arterio of thigh in the treatment of osteosarcoma of the leg bones. Methods 13 cases of patients with osteosarcoma of the leg bones were treaded with DDP, ADM and VCR by the arterio of thigh, IFO by phlebo. Results The response rates(PP+CR) to osteosarcoma lesions were 69.2 %. Conclusion The comdination regimen with drug therapy by the arterio of thigh is simple and safe and effective for osteosarcoma of the leg bones, which is worth spreading and applying.更多还原
