【摘要】 宏观调控决策法律责任是指决策主体在决策过程中违反法律规定的义务所应付出的代价。我国宏观调控决策责任制度的现状客观上要求建立起完善的决策法律责任制度,宏观调控决策法律责任的承担主体是中央的立法机关和行政机关,地方是参与决策主体但不承担宏观调控决策法律责任。可以适用于宏观调控决策行为的法律责任形式有其特有的内容,而且这些决策责任的落实需要建立和完善一系列的配套制度。更多还原
