茼蒿真空冷却的实验研究
Study on the Vacuum Cooling of Crown Daisy
【摘要】 选取叶菜类有代表性的茼蒿为实验对象 ,分别控制捕水器盘管到不同的入水温度开真空泵 ,对相对能耗和降温速率进行了实验研究 ,发现当捕水器盘管入水温度对应的饱和压力与实验对象起始温度对应的饱和压力之比为 0 .5左右时开真空泵 ,真空冷却过程中相对节能并降温速率比较快。
【Abstract】 In our study, we chose crown daisy,a representative leaf-vegetable vegetable,to study the relative energy saving and the temperature decrease rate experimentally. The vacuum pump was controlled to start at different inlet water temperatures of the condenser pipe. The result shows that it can save energy and the temperature decrease rate is rapid if the vaccum pump starts running when the proportion of the saturation pressure corresponding to condenser pipe inlet water temperature to the saturation pressure corresponding to the experiment object temperature is 0.5.
