应用MRI数据重建脑梗塞病人的脑部三维模型

【摘要】 目的:应用MRI图像数据建立脑梗塞病人脑部的三维模型。方法:应用个人计算机设备,对病人的脑部MRI图像数据进行配准、分隔和边界提取,通过三维图像重建软件,进行病人脑部的三维模型重建。结果:应用病人1mm层面的脑部MRI图像数据建立了脑部三维模型,精确显示了脑组织内部的侧脑室、基底节和病灶以及三者之间的关系,三维测量结果显示病灶大小为21.85mm×14.96mm×16.16mm,侵犯基底节深度为7.30mm。结论:应用MRI图像数据建立病人脑组织结构的三维模型,可以从不同角度演示病灶的形状、大小以及和毗邻结构的关系,并能在三维模型上进行解剖学测量,尤其在颅脑外科中有实用的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective: To reconstruct a three-dimensional model of brain tissue from MRI images. Methods: Such methods as image registration, image segmentation, and edge abstract were used for the establishment of three-dimensional model of brain tissue by using a personal computer. Results: The three-dimensional model was established from the slice images which were 1.0 mm interval. It reconstructed the lateral ventricle of brain, basal-ganglia, brain ischemia area with high quality. The model can show spatial relationships and orientation between them. The size of the brain ischemia measured on the model was 21.85 mm×14.96 mm×16.16 mm. The depth of ischemia invasion to the basal-ganglia was 7.30 mm. Conclusions: High quality three-dimensional models can be obtained by this method. The figure and size of brain ischemia area can be showed and measured in different view angle. The reconstruction method is simple and can be applied widely in clinical practice of neurosurgery.
