Develop food cold chain,provide safe and good quality food for the public
【摘要】 文章阐述了低温保存食品的原理及其优点,并分析了上海市自20世纪90年代以来在建立食品冷藏链事业中取得 的若干进展,进而展望了在新世纪本市食品冷藏链的发展前景。
【Abstract】 This essay has stated the principle and advantage of keeping food under low temperature, analyzed a certain degree of development in the establishment of food cold chain in Shanghai since 1990 ’s, and forecasted the development vision of Shanghai food cold chain in the new century.
