【摘要】 目的探讨不能手术切除的原发性肝癌有效治疗方法。方法回顾性总结192例原发性肝癌临床资料、治疗手段及随访资料。结果192例不能手术的原发性肝癌被施以TACE为主的序贯综合治疗,169例病人得到随访,随访率88%;21例病人获得二期手术探查,其中13例行肝切除手术,8例行肝癌冷冻手术;全组病人1、3、5年生存率分别为73.6%、27.1%、9.2%。结论不能手术切除的原发性肝癌应施以TACE为主的综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic measures of unresectable primary liver cancer ( PLC). Methods From January1991to March2000,the clinical data of192patients with unresectable primary liver cancer were analyzed retrospectively with clinical data, treatment measure and followed-up data.Re- sults 169patients were followed-up21cases accepted the second line operation explore of which,13ca- ses accepted the liver section and1case the liver freeze operation.
