【摘要】 目的　探讨选择性环氧化酶-2抑制剂 Celecoxib(塞来昔布)对 C6 胶质瘤生长抑制的体内实验研究。方法　将成瘤小鼠分为对照组和治疗组,应用肿瘤 HE 染色法、肿瘤生长曲线、前列腺素 E2(PGE2)检测及电镜检查方法观察Celecoxib对小鼠移植瘤的作用。结果　HE染色和电镜可见治疗组血管破坏、细胞坏死和凋亡,PGE2检测及肿瘤生长曲线分析有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论　Celecoxib能够抑制COX-2活性,降低PGE2合成,Celecoxib对 C6 胶质瘤生长具有抑制作用,对胶质瘤的治疗有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate celecoxib’s function of suppressing the growth of C6 glioma and inducing apoptosis in vivo.Methods C6 glioma mice were divided into control and celecoxib group,used HE staining、curve of tumor volume、PGE₂ and electron microscope to observe the effect of celecoxib on C6 glioma. Results HE staining and electron microscopy showed vascular injury,cell necrosis and apoptosis in celecoxib group,PGE₂ and tumor volume between two groups through t-test had a statistical mening,P<（0.05）.Conclusion Celecoxib can inhibit COX-2 ,decrease synthesize of PGE₂,there was a inhibition of proliferation on C6 glioma by celecoxib.更多还原
