传导冷却超导磁体系统真空问题的试验研究
Experimental study on vacuum problem of conduction-cooled superconducting magnet system
【摘要】 成功研制了 6 T Nb Ti传导冷却超导磁体系统 ,制冷机为二级 GM-制冷机。磁体冷却到 4 K需用 74 h左右 ,目前磁体系统已分别完成了 115 A (6 T) ,4 5 h和 95 A,2 6 4 h的无间断运行实验。制冷机可在长达 15天 (35 9h)的时间里 ,对系统抽真空并维持系统真空在 1.5× 10 - 2 Pa左右 ,其间不再使用扩散泵对超导磁体系统抽真空
【Abstract】 A 6T NbTi superconducting magnet cooled by a two-stage 4K G-M cryocooler was developed successfully. The magnet was cooled to 4K within about 74 hr. The whole magnet system has been tested for 115A(6T)/45 hr and 95A/264hr continuously till now, of which the existing vacuum could be further rarefied to about 1.5×10~-2 Pa that could be maintained up to 15 days(359 hr)by GM cryocooler with diffusion pump no longer used in the period.
