同步还原氮化法制备γ′-Fe4N化合物
Preparing γ′-Fe4N compound by a combined method of reduction and nitriding
【摘要】 利用Fe3O4 作为前驱体,通过同步还原氮化的方法制备了单相γ′Fe4N化合物.研究了在氮化过程中氨氢比和氮化温度对物相生成的影响,以及氮化温度对颗粒粒度的影响;并对γ′Fe4N结构和磁性进行了系统的研究.
【Abstract】 Singlephase γ′Fe4N nanoparticles have been synthesizedby a combined method of reduction and nitriding using Fe3O4nanoparticles as precursor. The effects of different gas and quenching temperatures on the phase and grain size of reaction products have been studied. Their magnetic properties have been investigated systematically.
