【摘要】 目的调查老年2型糖尿病患者自我护理行为水平。方法用问卷调查法调查96例老年2型糖尿病患者自我护理行为相关因素。结果每周监测血糖1～2次者47例,认真服药68例,饮食控制好56例,每天坚持运动锻炼超过1.5h52例。掌握糖尿病知识方面年龄≤75岁者要优于年龄>75岁者。结论作好老年2型糖尿病患者的健康教育指导,可以提高老年2型糖尿病患者的自我护理行为水平,防止和延缓并发症发生,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveThe investigate the action of self-care in geriatric type 2 diabetes patients.Methods96 geriatric type 2 patients were investigated through questionnaire. Results47 patients determined their blood sugar once or twice a week. 68 cases took medicine strictly.56 cases were good on alimentary control. 52 patients did exercise more than 1.5 h every day.
