【摘要】 目的探讨被征地农民在城市化进程中的社会心理适应过程。方法在文献分析的基础上 ,对某“撤村建居”社区进行个案访谈研究。结果建国以来我国被征地农民心理演变经历了不同的历史阶段 ,现阶段我国被征地农民在城市化进程中的社会心理适应过程包括身份、角色和自我意识的转变过程 ,就业心理的调整过程 ,以及对城市文化的适应过程。结论积极引导被征地农民适应城市化 ,促进被征地农民的市民化进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the psychologically adaptive process of landless farmers in urbanization after their lands were expropriated. MethodsBased on literatures analysis, the case study of community where landless farmers live was conducted. ResultsSocial mentality of landless farmers varied across different periods since new China set up, and the psychologically adaptive process of landless farmers in urbanization involve in many aspects such as changing of social role, psychological adjustation for obtaining employment, and accustoming to urban culture. ConclusionIt is suggested that training and instruction for improving citizenizing process of landless farmers should be offered. [更多还原
