Monte Carlo方法设计的泥浆密度测试系统
Design of Mud Density Meter Using Monte Carlo Method
【摘要】 利用Geant4软件包模拟分析了影响系统测量精度、灵敏度以及放射性污染的各种因素,论述了一种泥浆密度测量系统的设计和实现.并在此基础上完成了系统的物理设计,包括放射源的选择和铅罐的设计以及源强的计算.系统最后采用PC兼容的工业控制计算机,利用软件定时采集实现对泥浆密度的实时在线非接触测量.实际测试的结果表明:密度测量精度优于1%,测量范围1.00~1.60g/cm3,放射性污染满足国家标准的要求.
【Abstract】 The design and implementation of a γ-ray mud density meter is presented.The influence of various factors on measurement precision,sensitivity and radiation pollution was simulated and analyzed by using Geant4 software package.On the basis of simulation,the physical design of the density meter is presented,including the selection of radiation source,the calculation of source intensity and design of lead container as well as the design of system hardware and software.Experimental results show that the measurement precision is better than 1%,the range of measurement is from 1.00g/cm3 to 1.60g/cm3,and the radiation pollution meets the national criterion.
