多气隙电阻板室电极材料的电阻特性测量
The Resistive Property Measurement of MRPC Materials
【摘要】 通过测量制造多气隙电阻板室的各种玻璃的体电阻率和碳膜的表面电阻率,研究了玻璃体的电阻率在各种温度和辐照条件下的特性.测量表明,在室温下,国产玻璃的体电阻率为1012~1013Ω.cm,可以达到制造多气隙电阻板室的需要,同时测量给出了不同厚度和产地的玻璃随温度和辐照的变化关系,这对于多气隙电阻板室的设计和制造有着重要的意义.
【Abstract】 Both the volume resistivity(10121013Ω·cm) of various glass plates and the surface resistivity(2 MΩ per square) of carbon layer are presented at room temperature.The temperature dependence of the volume resistivity of the plates and its change after radiation are also studied.It is found that the volume resistivity of the plate decreases with the increasing of temperature,and that the radiation will decrease the volume resistivity of the plate.
