【Abstract】 The process of tungsten metallization in vacuum furnace was introduced. Microstructure and elements transition near the brazing interface were investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy diffraction spectrum. The experimental results show that the tungsten powder sintering was affected by metallizing temperature. Y₂O₃ acts the key role for joining tungsten to ceramic.更多还原
