【摘要】 目的:观察葛根素合胞二磷胆碱治疗腔隙性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:81例腔隙性脑梗死患者分为治疗组41例和对照组40例,两组患者常规治疗基本相同,脑水肿者加用20%甘露醇注射液。治疗组予葛根素合胞二磷胆碱注射液治疗,对照组予脑活素注射液治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率87.8%,对照组总有效率70.0%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后血液流变学指标比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:葛根素合胞二磷胆碱注射液能够改善脑部血液循环,促进脑细胞功能恢复,对治疗腔隙性脑梗死有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of gegensu injection and cytidine diphosphate cloline(CDC) on treating lacunar cerebral infarction(LCI).Methods: 81 cases with LCI were divided into the treatment group(41 cases) and the contrast group(40 cases) randomly.Routine treatments were given to both groups and 20% mannitol injection was added to patients with brain edema.The treatment group was treated by gegensu injection and CDC and the contrast group by cerebrolysin injection.Results: The total effective ratio of the treatment group and the contrast group were 87.8% and 70.0% respectively,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The variety of blood hydrodynamics index in the treatment group before and after therapy had significant meaning(P<0.01).Conclusion: Gegensu injection and CDC can improve the circulation of brain blood,accelerate the function resuming of brain cell.Thus it can treat LCI effectively.更多还原
